Dedicated to the memory of Nancy Roe
This is a tribute to Nancy Roe who died peacefully in her sleep on 14 December 2020, aged 87, at home with her husband of 65 years, Michael. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Nancy was a journalist, actress, broadcaster and executive assistant extraordinaire. She was a beautiful spirit who gave us joy.
Donations: Nancy had a life-long involvement with the Guiding movement at the national, country and local level, last serving as Chair of her Trefoil Guild branch aged 80. The Trefoil Guild is a branch of guiding whose members support the Guiding ethos including the pledge to help other people. Members pass on their skills and knowledge to local Guiding units and also take on new personal challenges themselves.
